Winter Pause 

Monday October 26th will be our last weekly sit before a winter pause, please see our News + Resources page for full details.

COVID 19:

All ODMC in-person events are postponed until further notice. 

 

In this moment, we recognize that many of our community are spending long hours in front of screens. In order to support the sustainability of our digital practice together, we have decided to shorten the length of our teacher led  weekly sits from 90 minutes to 75 minutes while we continue to meet online.

Weekly Virtual Sit via Zoom *Paused through winter:

Where: Online! We will be live streaming our weekly Monday Night Sit on Zoom. If you are new to Zoom, check out this tutorial HERE.

Teacher Led night: 30-minute lightly guided meditation followed by a 45-minute dharma/practice discussion & Q+A. For all experience levels. This evening meets for 75 minutes from 5:30 - 6:45pm EST.

Simple Practice night: 30-minute lightly guided meditation by one of our teachers. The teacher will welcome everyone and ring the bell at the start and end of the sit. This evening meets for 30 minutes from 5:30 - 6:00pm EST. 

Practice Leader night: 30-minute meditation hosted by a community volunteer. The volunteer will welcome everyone and ring the bell at the start and end of the sit. This evening meets for 30 minutes from 7:00 - 7:30pm EST.
