Join us for this daylong retreat dedicated to cultivating our mindfulness of breath and body. You will be guided through a gentle practice that brings together sitting meditation, somatic practices, and ancient body-mind traditions, drawing especially from Body-Mind Centering® and Tai-Chi. Developing a continuity of embodied experiencing, wakefulness, calm, and concentration (samadhi), our retreat will include periods of journaling, mindful sharing, and community reflection. No previous meditation or movement experience is necessary.
