Join us for a transformative nonresidential retreat dedicated to deepening our mindfulness of breath and body. Practicing Friday evening through the Saturday daylong, we will deepen into practices of sitting meditation, somatics, gentle movement, and ancient body-mind traditions.
Developing our continuity of embodied experiencing, calm, and concentration (samadhi), our retreat will include periods of reflection, journaling, and mindful sharing. No previous meditation or movement experience is necessary.
Please note that all participants must be able to attend both Friday and Saturday sessions.
