The Boundless Heart: A Daylong Retreat with Julia Gooding Warner and Lynn Teo

When: Saturday, 3/28 (9 am - 4 pm)

Location: Open Door

In the Buddhist tradition, compassion is one of the Brahmaviharas—the Four Divine Abodes. It is the courageous quality of heart that refuses to turn away from pain, meeting it instead with presence, care and wise compassionate action.

Join us for a day of meditation, heart-opening practices, and mindful movement and dialogue. Together, we will discover how compassion can become an infinite resource—one that sustains our capacity to care for ourselves, our neighbors, and the collective world we share.

Please bring your lunch, water bottle or mug, and a journal / pen. Feel free to bring items to support you in being present – favorite socks, blanket, stuffy, etc.

No previous meditation or retreat experience is necessary.

Please contact Katy Kehoe if you need overnight accommodations or have any other questions.
