When: Thursday April 30-Tuesday May 5, 2026
Where: Zoom
This six-day online retreat, taught by Open Door co-founder Susa Talan, is designed to support the deepening of awareness + wisdom in daily life—while working, being in relationships, and moving through a life that increasingly involves screen time. Drawing largely on the teachings of Sayadaw U Tejaniya, we’ll explore a natural, relaxed awareness that can meet all experiences, learning to stay open to whatever arises with care and curiosity.
Morning and evening sessions will include guided meditation, dharma reflections, and opportunities for sharing and Q&A.
Who should participate?
No prior retreat experience is necessary. We ask that participants commit to attending all sessions. A Zoom link and retreat details will be provided to registrants approximately one week prior to the retreat.
