Women Practicing Together: A Daylong Retreat with Amy Bird and Susa Talan

This daylong retreat invites all who identify as women to explore the dharma from inside our own lived experience, with awareness, wisdom, and care.

Through meditation, gentle movement, and relational dialogue, we will honor the long, often overlooked, tradition of women practicing together, waking up, and supporting one another on the path.

The day will include periods of silent sitting, walking, and restful practice. No previous meditation or retreat experience is necessary.

For questions or information about overnight accommodations, contact Katy Kehoe.
