Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation: a Primer for Interested Meditators with Ursula Munroe

These group sessions aim to guide participants through the foundational concepts and techniques of mindfulness meditation.

From the practical “nuts and bolts” to the profound, we will explore the  intersections of the roots of early Buddhist teachings and current meditative practices.

The course spans four weeks, each weekly session lasting 1 ½  hours. This duration allows participants to gradually immerse themselves in the practice, reinforcing the principles learned each week.

Each session will typically include guided meditation, reflection/teaching, and small and whole group discussion.

The series is appropriate for new meditators as well as those interested in refreshing their practice.  Attendance at each session is recommended but not required.
