A group of people living in the Midcoast area met on Saturday, August 19th at Art and Tyla Schaefers’ beautiful home in Union. Everyone in attendance expressed their wish to begin meeting in person to get support, encouragement and an anchor for their practice. They plan to start by meeting the 2nd and 4th Monday each month at 6:00 pm (but come at 6:30 if you can’t make it for the soup) at Art and Tyla’s home. Tyla graciously offered to have a pot of soup ready and Art (and/or Charlie) will provide a loaf of bread. 

Participants will meditate, talk about a specific book, podcast or article and share soup and bread together. If you’d like to attend or want to be included in future emails, please reach out to Art at aschaefe@icloud.com
